With pancakes Mexico & Columbia on deck for France and England and high expectations on both squad's shoulders I figure the Draw has a better chance than usual to cash in this FRA vs. ENG matchup.
+286 is prolly not a fair price, probability-wise but it'd take a better math brain than mine to know this.

The Brazil leg of this makes me nervous. Tempted by Spain-2 for the above but I generally avoid Puckline, Goalline for the less stressful moneyline.
